Ugh! This was me trying to stack it with #1281 - I forgot your can't use the GitHub Stacked PRs across repos :( The force push was me trying to add it to the stack, the closing was GitHub being stupid! Sorry, you might have to recreate this PR. |

I think it was because I created the |
Wait for MariaDB to accept connections before the API starts. This avoids setup commands racing database startup.
